23 January 2013 - 8WC open for registration

3 February 2013 - Photo-shoot & measurement take BEFORE 8WC began (Must hold a newspaper bearing the date)

4 February 2013 - February-Intake commence. 8WC began. Inferno diet- Ignition phase (14 days).

4th-7th February: First 3 days the hardest (Critical Period) to stay on track.

17 February 2013 - Ignition Phase ended, Cheat Meal.

18 February 2013 - Now Burn Phase Part 1 (Extreme Body Shaping Program) began (2 weeks)

3 March 2013 - Burn Phase Part 1 ended / CHEAT MEAL

4 March 2013 - Burn Phase Part 2 began.

4/5th March 2013 - March Intake Commence (4th/5th March).

17 March 2013 - Burn Phase Part 2 ended - CHEAT MEAL

18 March 2013 - Burn Phase Part 3 began (2 weeks)

29/30th March 2013 - MarchIntake ended

30 March 2013 - Burn Phase part 3 ended

30-31 March 2013 - Deadline to upload POST-8WC photos & Measurement

1 April 2013 - SIMMER Phase (for 4 weeks to avoid YoYo effect)

3 April 2013 - Public voting opens - 60 Semi Finalist

7 April 2013 - Public voting close at 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 7th April 2013.

8 April 2013 - Voting for ‘Overall Finalists’ (20 FINALISTS) will the responsibility of Franchisees, Licensees and Instructors of ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP™ and CHIEF’s ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP™ (Malaysia). Votes from Support Instructors will be worth one point, Votes from Lead Instructors will be worth two points, votes from Franchisees/ Licensees will be worth three points, votes from the Franchisors will be worth four points.

9 April 2013 - The ‘Overall Champion’ and ‘Overall Runner-up’ will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoters. The best entry as determined by the judges will win $5,000 cash as well as additional prizes from our sponsors. The second best entry will win $1,000 cash as well as additional prizes from our sponsors.

10 April 2013 - Both the Winner and the Runner-up will be notified by telephone and email using contact details provided in their entry by 12noon (AEST) on Wednesday 10th April 2013.
