Choosing the right supplement to optimize the result from our sweat pouring workout can be a pain and at time, with an adverse effect. Instead of gaining muscle mass, we can also gained unnecessary fat. Fortunate for us, the 8 Weeks program at the Chief's Original Bootcamp had researched the contents and ingredients for a list of supplement that will maximise lean muscle mass, improve health and at the same time, burn those unwanted stored fat.
