The Polar is personalised with my details such as age, height, weight, VO2 max etc etc.... which was used to calculate the calory burn according to the heart rate when running. However, men and women calory burn does differ and I had just calibrated my Polar.ARMIN BANIAZ PAHAMINhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13099015906984879088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3877075745264457149.post-55518320005457784812010-01-20T13:39:55.838+08:002010-01-20T13:39:55.838+08:00Hello there.. I'm Nyna's cousin by the way..

How did you check on your calories burnt anyway? Thought I saw a Polar on your wrist?

I ran the 30km in 3 hours and total calories burnt was only 1556 . Why don't you try the running calorie calculator? You've got to be 113KG running 30km if you were to measure calories counter by distance.. which is highly unlikely.. :)

I think you need to get your watch checked.. :)

Have a nice day ahead..

Nora Lavin.Lavinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3877075745264457149.post-59595224645697276032010-01-19T20:39:02.339+08:002010-01-19T20:39:02.339+08:00i ran at the dark route alone too since i started ...i ran at the dark route alone too since i started my run almost 10mins after the flag off. it was really scary. *nasib baik tak jatuh macam ur friend*. luckily there's a water station there.mawarnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3877075745264457149.post-45673314576289341412010-01-19T12:42:15.219+08:002010-01-19T12:42:15.219+08:00Hi Celine,

Thanks for writing this because it really made me want to do the Putrajaya Night Marathon now (Zaiem is thinking about getting me to join him for the March marathon). Bootcamp did wonders to my stamina and I could finally conquer Taman Tun Hill but I was still sceptical about doing the Marathon. Now, not thinking twice!
