SHELL MALAYSIA ADOPTED HEALTH AS A RESOLUTION!!

Where can you find a Chairman of a big conglomerate that is so concern over its employee's weight and health that it engaged CHIEF's Original Bootcamp (COBC) to make sure their employee does not take any medical leaves and maintain their health fitness and err sexy-ness..? Yes.. none other than SHELL Malaysia Berhad. Shell Chairman Mohd Anuar Taib was very concern of SHELL employees fitness that is apparently above national benchmark for obesity. For a start, through our strong recruit Nor Sabrina Mohd Nor, we began our session on Friday, 10 February 2012.

If SHELL HELIX is the viagra for cars, then COBC is the Viagra for fitness and health!! SHELL is the best and engaged only the best!

The session was held 'indoor' (INDOOR!!) and our former national Taekwondo gold medalist and COBC lead instructor Staff-Sarge (COBC) Dann was the platoon commander assisted by Sarge Tom, Corporal (COBC) Resh, Corporal (COBC) Ridz) and coordinated by Admin Farhanah Bamadhaj.
