AMAZING TECHNOLOGY AT PASAR MALAM/NIGHT MARKET

One of my favourite stress relief and weekend routine is taking a stroll at the Night Market as well as doing grocery shopping. When I was young, my mother always brought me to all sort of market, fish market, morning market [Pasar Tani], night market, Pasar besar, pasar borong yada yada.

Over the weekend, on my regular stroll at the Taman Tun Dr Ismail night market I was amazed by the effort and initiatives taken by the Boost team. This was the second time I met them. Once was last weekend. Boost is a mobile app, an e-Wallet of sort and they did a great job recruiting pasar malam sellers.

I bought a whole basket full of vegetables of all sort and only paid RM3 from otherwise RM15 and the grocery was paid through the app called Boost.

ARTISAN ROAST COFFEE, TAMAN TUN DR ISMAIL

Love at first sight was all me when I recently discovered the Cheese Cake and its Flat White Coffee at the Artisan Roast Cafe in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. I know!! I am so outdated!!

Literally artistic as per the cafe's name, I was served by the friendliest and almost everyone with the best looking tattoo. The welcoming ambiance and the friendly nature was as good as the taste of the cheese cake!! The cheese cake is really to die for and the coffee.... indescribable!!!

LSD 11: THE DURIAN RUN!!

The 11th Long Slow Distance weekly run was held at the Taman Tun Dr Ismail lake on Sunday, 8 April 2012. There were two targeted distance with 21km as the farthest and 12km. We all gathered at the park as early as 6pm and began our run shortly later at 6:31pm. The route map was as the chart below. Conveniently, we plan a 13km run instead of the 21km but targeted for a faster pace.
