Why? Well.. Like what I've mentioned before, we don't really need a reason to party... but if there must me a reason, it must be to give ourselves a deserving break from a month of exercising. There is no better reason but to pat ourselves on the back and say... hey, we took the first step of health-maintenance. There is also no better people to celebrate it with, beside the people that share similar passion.
and there is no better place to celebrate it than the ECOBA RESTAURANT & BAR at Damansara Perdana. Damansara Perdana alongside other area 20 minutes drive vicinity are within the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP @ BANDAR UTAMA trade area and ECOBA has the best food, reasonable price, best of ambiance, very friendly waiter and waitresses, food-waiting time in less than 10 minutes and most importantly ample secured-parking space, so our single lady driver do not have to worry when they walk to the car, drunk at night. Yes, there were various considerations during the venue selection process.

Even the entrance was greeted with a HUGE FOOTBALL BALL!! as in a HUGE BALL. We had balloons, flyers, buntings and most importantly...... MOVIE slide-SHOW of the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP @ Bandar Utama activities... from the training to our recruit's birthday celebrations, recruits parties etc etc...
Of course, the Paparazzi now turned movie producer hah.. multi tasked. There were a total of 3000 plus pictures to convert into a movie slide show... but somehow, the slide show can only fit 1000 picture. This movie producer needed to go back to school (still learning)
The first guest arrived.... Ili Liyana Baharon wearing her favourite football team... Err the white team (i didn't know which football country jersey team ).
Hafiz Salleh and his 3 month pregnant wife, Haryati arrived shortly later... Hafiz Salleh & Haryati came to party with us forgoing the Usher concert although they had already bought the tickets.
We were so honored. (below, Hafiz's earlier sms that reads: "...I pass usher for this grad night")
When the guests arrived in whichever football jersey and even without a jersey, they were given the RED CARD by the referee.. i mean the Admin of OBC-BU Rose Emini Pahamin and Farhanah Bamadhaj.
The RED CARD was not the red- card by the football referee but its a VOTING CARD for the Spirit of Bootcamp (SOB).
The Spirit of Bootcamp is an award voted by all the recruit in their platoon to nominate ONE fellow recruit that motivate and inspire them the most to not only participate in the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP but also to give in their 110% effort in every session.
The SPIRIT OF BOOTCAMP is a customary award originated almost 20 years ago in Australia. It is a very prestigious award and at the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP @ Bandar Utama via www.arminbaniaz.com we have created a "Hall of SOB" to prominently and permanently display all the recipients of the award from the first month. The recipient of the award is also entitled to a RM50.00 discount on their next month's fees.

Without further adieu, the menu was readily available... whoever that arrived first, eat first and mingle later when others arrived.
I had the best Spaghetti Aglio olio prawn!!! Nawal Aini Zulkifli had the chicken chop.
The waiters and waitresses was quick to serve us.
Carolynn Thaw arrived in an "I-didnt-know-what football" team jersey . Carolynn is our second month recruit. She is from a marketing background.
Me... I came in Yellow team jersey... I did not know which team it represented. I was the first to arrived at the ECOBA to prepare the movie slide-show on the restaurant's Television display.
I entered to the restaurant being starred at by other restaurant customers. The restaurant was quite full. When the recruits arrived, everybody gave me that same look and remark... "haiiya why you wear that Jersey".... or "Armin what are you wearing???" I just smile blank.
Then I discovered, the jersey I wore was the Brazil team that took an embarrassing defeat and people just dont understand why I am still supporting Brazil. I thought the yellow looks nice... and Brazil?? yaaa.. I like Brazilian wax!!
Wardrobe malfunction... I was wearing a loser jersey while Nawal Aini Zulkifli wore the champion team Netherlands. Because Brazil lost the game, the jersey was on sale at 50% discount.. and that was how I ended in Brazil Jersey.
Every recruit at the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP @ Bandar Utama are Appreciated, Acknowledged, Recognised And Featured (AARAF) at the event.. in conjunction with the Event-Titled Graduation Night, all the recruits received a scroll!!! GRADUATE!!!
