The weekend was very
We also had the chance to celebrate the raya with YABhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad whom at 85 years old is still standing very strong!!
Stand: Aswan, Armin Baniaz Pahamin, Adam Khan Omar Khan, Fathul Rahman,
Abu Lais Walli Mohamed, Seated: Dato Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Tahir, YABhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad
With the abnormal dose of food intake over the weekend, we could not wish for anything less than a hardcore workout and that was exactly what Sarge Dann had in mind. Nonetheless, I am convince I can be as strong as YABhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad when I am as old. Maybe I should get Tun to try out the Bootcamp... Mm..
After the warming up session by Corporal Jasper, Sarge Dann began the session with 10 sets of 10 seconds sprinting with 50 seconds recovery jog (inbetween sprints) in an ankle-deep flooded field... Sprinting in water was difficult but not as bad as running in an ankle-deep Cogee Beach sand. Scott McDonough was the fastest sprinter without all the crazy kiasu James Fong, John Chuah, Yam SiuCheh, Kenix Lim and Leesa. Those Otai's decided to join the Zulu platoon today
After the sprint, we had the 100 madness workout with rifle. We did 10 workout with 100 non-stop repetitions... Yess you heard it right.. ONE HUNDRED.. NOT RINGGIT... BUT REPETITIONS.
We had 100 shoulder press (50 back & 50 front), 100 front raise, 100 bicep curl, 100 triceps press, 100 good morning bend-over, 100 torso twist, 100 side oblique bend, 100 chest press and 100 situps!!!!! all repetitions were done with a 5kg Mock Rifle.
Hence, 100 Madness!! It gets mad-der standing beside super kiasu Joe Liew. If ever you need and want to cheat.. stay far from Joe Liew.. He will continue to motivate and push until your arm fell off... but then you need to be super pro to cheat at the bootcamp. Sarge Dann has eye behind his back and any attempt to cheat... will land us with countless grunts as punishment.
Now that the Kambing Golek disappeared and didnt turn to fat with the mad workout... its time for replenishment with more open houses..... yay!!
Thank God for the excellent workout Sarge Dann & Corporal Jasper,... seriously, I was overdosed with Kambing Golek and other sinful food over the weekend.
HOOYAH!!!
